APPOINTMENT  INFORMATION

Our artists are typically booked out minimally a month in advance & work by appointment only.

​

The most efficient way we recommend to get an appointment setup is by stopping into the studio.

​

  • You are also more than welcome to call or email us in regards to setting up an appointment.

    • If you choose to email, please allow for 1-2 weeks for an email response after submitting. We do our best to respond to all emails in a timely fashion. If you aren’t contacted back within 2 weeks, please call us directly or resubmit an email if you prefer that route. It's never our intentions not to respond.

 Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • We don’t provide solidified quotes via email, social media or over the phone due to the amount of possible miscommunications.

​

  • Not all tattoo appointments can be setup without first having a consultation appointment with your artist. Consultations are free of charge.

​

  • To lock in an appointment date for a tattoo, we require a deposit that is non-refundable once placed.

​

  • Our artists are selective on the art pieces they take on and sometimes, even though an artist is requested, they will respectfully decline the project if it isn’t their style.

    • If this occurs, we suggest another artist that we feel would be better suited for that tattoo style, whether they be an artist at our own studio or another.

INFORMATION PREPARATION

Our artist will have a handful of different questions to ask you in regards to your desired tattoo.

The more information you have, the easier it is for us to know what you're desiring exactly for your tattoo creation.

Information you can have prepared to make the process smoother for you & us:

​

  • Desired area for future tattoo.

  • Subject matter or subject matters wishing to incorporate into future tattoo.

  • Style of tattoo. - Examples: Realism, Neo-traditional, Traditional, Anime, New school, Watercolor, Japanese, Illustrative, Geometric, Blackwork, Bio-mechanical, Bio-organic, Tribal, Abstract, Trash Polka and more.

  • Wanting Black and Grey tattoo or Color?

  • Approximate size.

  • Budget amount if needed.

 

Always feel free to bring in references of styles you like as well as styles and things you don't like. 

It all helps us better understand what you are wanting and what you see in your mind.   

CONSULTATIONS

We offer consultations free of charge.

  • Consultations are setup to prioritize time for discussing and setting up a game plan for a future tattoo.

​

This is not an appointment to get tattooed.

​

  • At the consultation appointment, we ask for you to have concept information prepared for us to discuss with you.

  • Once a consultation appointment is complete, we are able to move forward onto setting up the appointments needed for the tattoo.

​

  • In order to setup and lock in the tattoo appointment dates, we require a deposit that is deducted at the last tattoo session. 

DEPOSITS

Deposits Are Non Refundable

  • Every client must put down a deposit  to schedule and secure a time slot. ​

  • We have a cap of $300 deposit.

  • Deposits are moved with a rescheduled appointment AS LONG as it is 24 hours before the scheduled tattoo appointment. Anything under the 24 hour mark, the deposit is forfeit due to lack of communication and timing. 

  • If client has multiple appointments set, the deposit is rolled to each following appointment until the final appointment. At the final appointment, the deposit will be removed from the checkout total.​​

  • If the client has multiple appointments set and does not call and contact us directly or leave us a voicemail before the 24 hour mark to cancel or move their appointment, the deposit priorly placed will be forfeit, as well as any future appointments that were priorly setup. 

  • In order to keep the multiple placed appointments following the missed appointment without contacting us, a new deposit must be placed within 5 days of the missed, un-notified  appointment. 

  • Deposits are active for 1 year from deposited date.

  • May be given back as a Gift Certificate that will be valid for 1 year from the issue date. ​
