CANCELLATION &
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellations or Reschedules must be made MINIMALLY 24 HOURS prior
to the day of the appointment.

To cancel or change your appointment date, you must contact us DIRECTLY at the studio either by PHONE CALL or STOPPING IN.

If we do not answer due to being with a client or for attempted contact outside of business hours, leave a voicemail and we will get back to you ASAP or on our next open business day. Lack of communication can result in any deposits placed for an appointment to be void.

If you are running late, Call.

After 15 minutes, if there has been no phone call for delayed appointment arrival, the client appointment will be marked as a "no call, no show".

The appointment, as well as any deposits that have been placed for the appointment, will be void.

If the client has multiple appointments set and does not contact us directly before the 24 hour period to cancel or move their appointment, the deposit priorly placed will be forfeit, as well as any future appointments that were priorly setup.

In order to keep the multiple placed appointments following the missed appointment without contacting us, a new deposit must be placed within 5 days of the missed, un-notified appointment.
We do not utilize emails, social media messages, or texts as a direct primary source of daily business communications. These are all secondary forms of communication and contact.
Our staff stays consistently busy & with many different areas for communications, we prioritize our focus on our phone calls and in person encounters.
